MFL Live terms

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Terms for MFL LIVE (pay-per-view live stream). The general terms and conditions apply in addition.

1. Service

MFL LIVE is the paid live stream of a single Mountain Fight League event including replay. It is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. Access covers the named event and the replay for [7 days] after the end of the event.

2. Customer account

Purchase and playback require a customer account with a verified email address. Users keep their login details secret. Sharing access with third parties is prohibited.

3. One device at a time

The stream can be played on one device per account at a time. Starting playback on another device ends playback on the previous one.

4. Technical requirements

A current browser with HLS support and a stable internet connection are required (recommended: at least 10 Mbit/s). MFL is not responsible for interruptions caused by the user's internet connection or device.

5. Usage rights

The stream is intended exclusively for private use. Recording, copying, redistribution, public screening and circumventing technical protection measures are prohibited. In case of violations access may be blocked; further claims remain reserved. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]

6. Age confirmation

When purchasing, the user confirms being at least [18] years old. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]

7. Early performance and withdrawal

When purchasing, the user expressly agrees that MFL begins providing the digital content before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal thereby expires (Section 356 (5) German Civil Code). [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]

8. Cancellation, interruption, refund

If the event does not take place the purchase price is refunded. In case of significant transmission failures for which MFL is responsible and because of which a substantial part of the event could be watched neither live nor as a replay, the purchase price is refunded in full or in part. Changes to the fight card do not give rise to a refund claim. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]

9. Prices and payment

The price stated on the website including VAT (currently 19%) applies. Payment via Stripe or PayPal. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]
